thanks dj for your comment on "<a href="http://www.fictionaut.com/stories/marcus-speh/the-sodomized-dictator">the sodomized dictator</a>" — i appreciate it. a couple of people have called this "eloquent" which sounds as if you'd read it as a political message, which it is not, of course...just an expression of my own ambivalence, boiled in the poetic cauldron of a flash soup cook, ie a lay man in every direction the wind blows.
