About Me

My fiction and poetry have most recently appeared in Mixer, LITNIMAGE, Fiction365, Flatmancrooked, the SoMa Literary Review, Poems Niederngasse, Unlikely Stories 2.0, and in podcast form at Boundoff Books. My short story, "Chanting Charlie," was a finalist in the 2007 San Francisco Writers Conference Contest in the Adult Fiction category.

I'm regularly invited to read at SF Bay area literary events, including two Opium Magazine Literary Death Matches and since 2008, I've read at the annual Litquake festival.

A graduate of Ithaca College, I'm also a two-year veteran of the Creative Writing Workshop at Cornell University.

My novel, SLEEPWALKING IN PARADISE, was released by Numina Press in July 2014.

Why do you write?

To know I'm alive.

Andrew,

Thanks for your wonderfully astute comments on Things I Should Have Done - #1! I'd love your feedback on Things I Should Have Done #2, #3 and #4. They are all up here as part of this ongoing series of mine. I'm looking forward to reading your other work up here as well.

And I have the honor of being the first to write on your wall!
