I don't *have* any, but thought a new thread for a new year would be good.

One of my poems, entitled "For the Women" is featured this week at Writers for Human Rights: http://protestpoemsdotorg.blogspot.com/2011/01/jp-reese.html

I've got a couple of poems forthcoming in the next Full of Crow poetry, a couple more poems forthcoming in Gutter Eloquence in March, and a queered Hansel and Gretel (and the witch!) short upcoming in an anthology 'Women Writing The Weird' from Doghorn Publishing. Actually, I owe Marcus Speh a thanks for that fairytale. He wrote a brilliant little Hansel and Gretel piece with a hint of incest in it which partly gave me the idea for my story.
Good for you Roberta. Congrats, Bill. Gave it a listen--very nice sonics.
Great news in this thread! So excited to hear how everyone is doing on a daily (weekly?) basis. Thanks for starting it this year also, Matt.
My micro-fiction, "Cards" is up at Eunoia Review.
I also read last Saturday at Woodland Patterns, a gem of Milwaukee, for their annual all-day, all-night fundraiser. Congratulations to the bookstore and to everyone who participated.

Nice to see so many people publishing in such a variety of places.
Heather is everywhere!
So great to see my friends doing so well.
My first ever book, Elsie's World, a collection of shorts, is seeing its first light of day, thanks to the artist & poet Didi Menendez at GOSS183::Casa Menendez Publishing. Michelle Elvy found it in her heart to write an introduction that makes even my characters blush. Presently at Createspace, very shortly at Amazon & others.
Congratulations, Walter.
Great news, Walter. Congratulations!
Nice, Jane!
Congrats, Jane. Always love reading your offerings here. It's nice to know they're finding homes in the wider world.

A special Congrats to Walt on his new book just out!!!
Wow, everyone's rolling in good news - yay! Robert, your poem IS racy, great voice. Walter, I am ordering your book, but you knew that already ;^) -- congatulations! Matt, off to listen to your stuff, I love to hear you read. Carol, read your piece in QUAY a couple of nights ago -- nice! and one of my favorite venues (and glad it's reinvigorated). JP, Mark, Ann, and all the others -- hooray!
I've had 5 acceptances in 2011 -- I'll post links as they become available. At AWP I spent a long time speaking with an editor from a small press that hit it big last year about a nonfiction idea, and she likes it. So I am veering off in yet another direction. And best of all, 8 pages left to slay on the current revision of novel #1.I am hoping to lay waste to a tree tomorrow and print the sucker out. Peace...
Congratulations to everyone with their good news and keep up the great work! I received my print copy today of Short, Fast and Deadly 2010 Anthology. My poem, "Birth" appears in August. There are many Fictionauters included in this issue. Check it out at:
Rob that's great! Will check out your poem and the issue! Print is soooo nice...
