About Me

I write short stories, flash fiction, creative non-fiction and poetry. I edit an online journal called BOOK SA, a Southern African literary portal, and Poetry International Web South Africa, an online journal of South African poetry. I have a collection of prose poems and flash fiction, 100 Papers, and a collection of poetry, View from an Escalator, that were both published by Botsotso Publishing this year.

Why do you write?

Some dark yearning that is not rational but is an imperative. It makes not one whit of sense but fulfills a need and gives me purpose.
