Colette - thanks for reading and commenting so warmly on Celebrating Difference. I am looking into where to send it off; I appreciate the encouragement!
Small world. My parents are in High Bar Harbor (around the corner from the marina in Viking Village), a much needed refuge from the smell of summer garbage in Brooklyn. Beach Haven is really so masterful. I know it's published, but have you thought about anthologizing it? Down the shore publishing puts out these compendiums from time to time -- set locally, sold locally -- might be a neat home.
Colette, thank you for reading and commenting on Waiting for a Terrorist. The whole situation is haunting, my hope is only to convey a tiny bit of that.
Colette, I'm glad you wrote. I feel as if I know you too, through Jen.
Glad you liked Addled. Trying to get Float finished -- the first chapter will be in the Bear Deluxe in the fall, so it feels as if something is happening with it.
Thank you, Colette, for your comment on Almost There. Glad you liked it -- I've never had anyone write "exquisite" to me before; I cherish your generosity!
Colette, I just read about you in P&W for winning the Fugue contest. Woo hoo!
