Riding Off into the Sunset
by Cooper Renner
There's only one road out of here. It goes straight north for a while, then starts veering off toward the west. You and Horace Greeley can get all dreamy-eyed if you want, but I know which side of the river the Egyptians buried their dead on.
Love it!

This suprised me (in a good way). I've read it more than a dozen times and I can't stop. Great stuff.
Got a kick out of this, Cooper. Can't find one word that could have been written any differently.
You are all very kind to comment. Originally this was accompanied by an illustration of a truck, but the illustrations have all vanished! Thanks again.
That . . . yeah . . .
Perfect.
So where's the truck?
Hey, Zach. The truck and my other little drawings seem to have gone into Cloud-Cuckoo-Land. I don't know where they are.
Wow! That last line is great!
You're very kind. Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice, Cooper!
Thanks, Ajay!
