My wife went vegan.
I used to make a killer spinach lasagna because she was vegetarian then... me too. But there's no such thing as vegan lasagna.
Some things suck.

I'm still looking for a healthy vegan who isn't a major buyer of vitamins. Spinach lasagna is good for you and Popeye. When I lived in NYC for 35 years, I would make three different dinners when we had a dozen or more people for dinner. No more. I'll do vegetarian with a side of fish or ham. Pick your poison. Sorry for you.
