So creative, Bill. I like this.
Interesting piece.
A tad esoteric for me, friend, but I admire the craftsmanship.
Thanks, Sam, Gary, and Matt!
Clever fun! Heisenberg's uncertainty principle demonstrated.
I immediately thought of those writers in the 19th c. who obscure some of the details either to increase the sense of their reality and protection of identities or to increase mystery. I used blanks in a section of a piece kept here on Fictionaut called "Unmailed Letter to B'go" and it was that portion that Barry Basden scouted to appear in _Camroc Press Review_ and then he even paid $100 for it! I like the use of blanks here. There is a treasure hunt sense that the proper nouns and other words that fit in the blanks can be found in the letters for which you give citation. I like the form of the poem, pantoum, as well. I had to study it a bit to see where it leads. Overall, the challenges in appreciating this poem are worth it! *
Thanks, Ed. Thanks, Ann.
