Since the old post by this name, the one that good old Matt Dennison posted a while back, is somewhat full, thought I would start a new one.
Because I've been so busy on my novels, I haven't been sending out very much work, but received an email today that one of my short stories will be published in 'The View From Here Magazine.' When I get details on the publication date, I'll let everyone know.
Thanks go to Claire King!
Good for you, James! Many more in the offing, I'm sure. Congratulations.
Excellent!
Really happy to hear that, James. Congratulations!
That's good news, James.
Congratulations James.
I have two stories up at the most excellent Wigleaf!!! http://wigleaf.com/
And James, congratulations!! It's a great feeling to have work out there when you're trying to focus on (or slog through a hard section of) a novel.
Congratulations to James, great score! And also Kate, I love Wigleaf! Nice work, I enjoyed your stories very much.
I have two flash pieces up at Wilderness House Literary Review, fiction editor Susan Tepper, a hearty thanks! And Ficionauters Doug Bond and Kathy Fish have stories in this issue as well:

And, Fictionaut member Matt Potter graciously took "Moving to Los Angeles" for April at Pure Slush, theme is laughter. Thanks Matt!
Congrats to all -- so much good stuff happening! My little bit of news, along with other fictionauters:
I am honored one of my micro-fictions RULES FOR SURVIVING 8th GRADE has found a wonderful home in the Spring Issue of ECLECTIC FLASH. RULES first appeared at 52/250. Take a peek at page 62, then travel to poems and stories by some of my favorite writers, including Laurita Miller (page 84), Meg Tuite (page 80), JP Reese (page 53), and Jan Knox (page 43). A HUGE thanks to editor Brad Nelson who consistently turns out beautiful issues of some best flash and poetry found on the web.
Peace, Linda
Congrats to everyone on their successes.
I guess in the past couple of weeks or so I've had work taken by Hanging Loose, Right Hand Pointing, Coal City Review, Drunken Boat, Muddy River Poetry Review, BlazeVox, and the Pedestal.
am rather excited by the results of a creative collaboration with another fictionaut, catherine davis, over at the new "synergy" issue of blue print review that has also featured the work of sam rasnake and susan gibb lately - "<a href="http://blueprintreview.de/27shortcutsT.htm">short cuts</a>" comes complete with photo, story, process notes, editor's markup, author notes ... quite hypertextual and meta, in german i would say it approaches the qualities of a "<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gesamtkunstwerk>gesamtkunstwerk</a>". Enjoy & thanks to the fabulous editor, doro lang.
test - marcus didn't close his tag.
Congratulations, Marcus & Catherine. Wonderful piece. Enjoyed. Yes.
congrats1
Robert, Linda, Marcus, and possibly James (you said "I guess" in the beginning of your announcement so I'm not clear if you guessed right or not), Biggo yay yahoos!
i often read pieces for other authors. it is a special pleasure to hear someone else read something i've written and her site, whale sound, deserves to be very widely ... read or listened to, rather: enjoy poet nic sebastian <a href="http://whalesound.wordpress.com/2011/04/18/the-human-adventure-by-marcus-speh/">reading "the human adventure"</a>(published in the rumpus.net and shown here as well) for whale sound. it's amazing what she does with the piece.
Great piece, Marucs - and great to hear Nic read it.
I have three micro-flash pieces up at Blue Lotus Review. Thanks editor, Amy Willoughby- Burle:
