    I'm pleased to announce that Michelle Elvy, an amazingly gifted writer and editor, has joined Blue Fifth Review as Associate Editor.     Aw, shucks. Thanks to everyone, and to Sam for the confidence he's placed in me. I'm chuffed, to say the least. 2011 is going to be a great year. Thanks to you ALL -- you've already made this year wonderful for me in so many ways.
