    Good work and a sound corrective to online publishing (I say casting no aspersion on any online publisher: but the print default of publishing is necessary not only for bibliophiles but for our works themselves).

    If a trade-off ensues between internet ubiquity and print locality, I wonder how many of us would accept the latter. (If I return to self-publishing as I'm tempted, I'll post a card somewhere.)

    Commendable enterprise and initiative. Keep up all good work, Amanda.

    Congrats. I'm going down the self-publishing road myself but need to revise my e-book first and end an essay stuck on at the end of it that's taking too long to write. I also did my own cover illustration. That part at least is fun.
