  I just wanted to say that. I didn't know what to expect at first but I've uploaded a few stories and was blown away by the warm welcome. This community is one in a million.

  Also unexpected, the quality of the writing - I never imagined how much I'd love reading what other people had written. The mutual give and take, the atmosphere of Fictionaut is something special. I feel lucky to be a part of it.

  Welcome, Tracy. Yes, it is a good crew here, always supportive and encouraging. There's some great discussion in the forums and if help is requested on a piece, folks step up and offer good, professional help. I know you'll like it here and I'm glad you're settled in.

  I love this place, too. Lots of support here, and camaraderie.

  But a cool side effect? The writing here is SO excellent it makes me step up my game, polish my prose until it's razor sharp. Peace...
