    Thanks, MaryAnne. One of the things I like about poems is that, no matter how old they are, they're always new the first time someone reads them.

    Deserved? To be honest, Joani, I didn't expect such a reaction to the poem. I guess it's been around so long I became unaware of its charm.

    Not that I've ever been the best judge of my work. I still think my first novel was good. :)
