I am a 43 year old man who would like to live in a croissant (the lighting would be so soft and magical). My wife refuses to move into a croissant, so I live in an apartment on 111th Street with my two little girls: Emma (3) and Madeleine (4 months). I like comedy and have performed stand-up comedy.
I write because it feels awesome to have a voice of my own, and develop it, and share it with others. It makes me feel strong and part of the world. I like when people think something I do is funny, as if I am relieving steam from an over heated world.

and finally: my favorite thing is your 'why do i write?' response. i am going to remember this-- i like the exhuberance of it...rather than the usual 'oh i don't know...it's a torture i have..." i love it.
