Hi everyone -- just posting a quick note to say THANKS to Dorothee Lang at Blue Print Review for including my story, Almost There (here at Fn too), in the summer issue, alongside outstanding work by others including Rose Hunter, Brad Rose, Sheldon Lee Compton and others who make you want to keep reading. You can see the new releases there at:

It's a hell of a collection.

Great story - and issue. Congratulations, Michelle.
Congratulations, Michelle!! Just terrific.
Congratulations!
Congratulations!
Congratulations, yes.
A courageous story, written a courageous person. Writing a story like that can bring water to your eyes. Indeed, congratulations!
Great news, Michelle! A big Congrats! Dorothee's BPR is a lovely pub
Michelle, I am just getting around to reading the recent additions to BPR. Heart-rending and human story. A tough one for me to read (we just spread my father's ashes along the OBx coast this past Easter weekend). He loved the water, too; I like to think of all three souls mingling with the blues, riding the swells and kissing the shoreline as they pass.
And thank you also to Dorothee for my short story Second-hand Video-cam, also finding a home in this very wonderful issue. Peace...
Thanks to you all for reading. This story feels right to me; it's been living for so many years inside. That long ocean passage in 2008 was a real turning point in so many ways, and this community at Fictionaut has surely made me more courageous (thanks, Ramon -- that was very very kind). It is so good to know you all here.
Congratulations, Michelle, very well deserved.
wonderful!
Congratulations, Michelle!
Enjoyed your piece. Congratulations, Michelle!
