About Me

Alyson Jane received her MFA in fiction from Sarah Lawrence College in May 2009. Alyson is represented by the Strachan Literary Agency.

Her work can most recently be seen in Unsaid Literary Journal and Elimae.

When not devoting her time to her novel “If I Were Made of Paper,” Alyson works as a humane educator for HEART, teaching children about issues affecting people, animals and the environment.

She resides in NY with her husband and two cats.

Ha! I loved your interaction with Philip Seymour Hoffman. He's been one of my favorite actors for years. Loved him in The Big Lebowski (every single thing he does in that movie is more and more hysterical to me), The Talented Mr. Ripley, The Savages, and so many other movies.
