    Why do you write?

I write because I must. Something inside makes me. If I don't write, I don't feel good, I can't walk as upright, I won't smile as much.

    Any favorite authors? Books?

Peter Markus, Norman Lock, Molly Gaudry, Matt Bell, Blake Butler, Shane Jones, Robert Lopez, David Ohle, Michael Kimball, Ken Sparling, Ben Brooks, Sasha Fletcher, Gregory Sherl, Ryan Ridge, Gabe Durham, & so many many many more.

I just got your chapbook: our us & we...lots of fun additional items arrived with your incendiary prose...too long a list to mention, but each with their own incentive to prompt a new piece. So, thanks for that!

    Howdy,

    Hope you're well,

    Norman Lock.

I had a friend who collected a bunch of his stories up and made a book for himself. He left town and after seeing you put his name up I'd love to know what he titled his collection.

I actually bought his book in front of him once. I hate that. I usually steal books and it bothered me that I had to buy his book instead of stealing it because he was standing right next to me.

Is there anything about mud, or mud men, in Peter Markus's new book. I know that he loves mud and or mud men.

I have a feeling you'd really like "Motorman" by David Ohle.
