World is making me hate language and that is bad because language is like my thing. Even my computer hates World as you can plainly see.
Every morning I do World. I almost never forget because my memory is still pretty good.
I would think my average World score is around four, around average. Sometimes I get it fast but mostly I struggle.
I read, I think in the NYT, a writer saying World had made them appreciate words. Something like that. I thought it was a weird thing for a writer to say. I mean, like well, what have you been using?
Every morning my husband asks if I got World and what it was. I can never remember. Never. No matter how hard I try. I'm pretty sure it's because I hate the word I just struggled to get.

making me hate language
Puzzled by the word "wworld". An amusing and enjoyable somewhat baffling text.
Thanks Erica. I don't mean to baffle. Yesterday I wrote in my notebook about playing Wordle, a NYT game, and every time I tried to type "Wordle" spell check corrected it to "World." I thought it was funny and ironic that the name of a game relying on words isn't a word my computer recognizes. My true reaction to Wordle isn't quite as strong as I depicted here but Wordle hasn't made me appreciate words more. Without fail my mind blocks the word right after I've figured it out.
Thanks Dianne for the explanation. No worries.

This cracked me up. And as far as that World game goes, I never touch it.*
Well done.
Language ruins everything. But without it, we have literally nothing. It's a beautiful, sad paradox.
