My new book, the novella "GISELA", will be published by Folded Word Press this June. I made a very short promotional video, if you're interested, based on one scene (YouTube) -

If you're more than just interested, you can also pre-order the book & read a couple of excerpts here:

Some of the many stories in GISELA were first seen on Fictionaut.

Thanks for listening, folks & cheers from Berlin, Germany.

Hullo. Thanks RW, Darryl, Mathew for your kind words. I made a 2nd promo trailer - - again using simple animation software to bring a scene to life. I am not convinced this is the best way to promote a book but it certainly is one of the fastest & most visual. Anyway, enjoy and cheers from Berlin!

I can really get into these videos. And, yes, they do sharpen my appetite to read the novel (in flash). Is this historical fiction besides? I am aiming toward it, toward knowing what to say about it, and looking forward to receiving it.

Thanks @Ann, @Arturo.I'm glad I went down this promotional path. It's been fun so far & it has, in a way, revitalized the book for me (which was finished a couple of years ago).

@Ann: this is useful feedback, thank you. The novel is indeed historical fiction. I am looking forward to your review, too!

I have gathered the promo videos and other material now on my website so that I won't have to come back and pester y'all here.

Cheers and thanks for the support!
