sho'nuff has alotta frens!
The more new members we can get on here the better. The place is becoming a little like the slow, wide river between two warring camps. Sure, there's a little silence right now, but can't you hear the whispers around the campfires?
New blood, new ideas, less friction, more fiction. It's a good plan. Well done, Marcy.
Marcy does have a lot of friends, but she's been sending invites in an official capacity. We have a very long list of requests to join the site, and she's taken over the task of slowly but steadily filling them.
For the record, I'm all for it.
Ditto! Love the slogan James, Less Friction, More Fiction. And here's another:
With solid hands upon the wheel
Slow and steady keeps it real.
Thank you Jurgen and Marcy
Thank you, Jurgen and Marcy. Where would we go without this place to go?
I think when the invites are sent out that it should be made clear that even if a personal bio pic is not to be used, then at least post a funny/scary/curious one.
It's just common decency.
;-)
Hello, I'm new here…
I am amused to have a forum post with my name in the title. Also happy to see new members on the site. Welcome, A.J. Grave-Smith.
Welcome to the site A.J. Grace-Smith!
MARCY DERMANSKY
That was for you, Marcy.
And, friends...man, who could have too many. The world is full of poison and friends are the antidote.
Fuckin' weird, as Jim Woodruff, might say. I'm looking for Marcy's "Adults at Home" -- how'd I end up at a tribute thread?
Unable to find the story online. I hope to find it. I abide by it as a great short story.
