Hey, folks,
So now it's official: Spring has returned to Washington. The birds are singing in the forest, peepers are raucous every night, the cherry trees are blooming around the tidal basin, and I've won the 2012 Potomac Review Prize for Poetry. Life is good!
Thanks,
Bill
Bill, spring has indeed arrived and this is great news, hearty congratulations! Well deserved, too.
Bill that is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!
Congratulations!!!! A great way to start out Spring!
Also want to mention that I'm reading Bill's exquisite poetry book "The Language of Birds"-- a very special book.
They honored the right guy. Fantastic news, and well deserved.Unfortunately I had to see the cherry tree blossoms on TV, but I have been there, and remember that timeless feeling it gave me quite well.
