I am currently a student in the MFA program at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. My first novel, "Shooting Angels," was released on 3 October 2009 and is available for purchase on Amazon. I have worked as a wildland firefighter for two years and have traveled extensively. I am always looking towards the next adventure or project (the two are generally interchangeable in my mind).
Generally, coffee and stress fuel my creativity. If I am an author, I write because I am an author.
