Where to begin? I am a resident of the beautiful yet confused country of South Africa. I currently work as a trainer for Microsoft, training on the various products in specific stores. Next year, I hope to be studying journalism full time. I am hoping this will be the foundation of a long lived and successful writing career for me :)
I don't know where it comes from. At times, I will just have an idea that I think is really awesome, and I need to write it down. Half the time I never get around to it, and completely forget it.
I seem to love writing, even if there is no specific goal. I can write utter rubbish, be creative, debate decently, and so on and so forth. My preference of course would be the rubbish talk ^_^
J.K Rowling - Regardless of what people may say, in my opinion the Harry Potter series was gripping and extremely interesting.
Douglas Adams - He knows how to intertwine random talk into a brilliant story, if I am to be a renown author one day, I can definitely say that Douglas Adams was an inspiration for me... proving that a funny and random story can be a worldwide bestseller, and continues to be a favourite among readers.
Dan Brown - Although his material can be controversial among many people, I merely love the fact at his ability to tell a story. The way he plots things out are incredible.
Enid Blyton - As a child, I think I must have read close to every single book she published. I will definitely make sure my kids read her books one day.
Roald Dahl - Same as Enid Blyton, countless hours of mine were spent enjoying chocolate factories, foxes thwarting greedy farmers, and little girls with mysterious powers.
