I make films, although I haven't made one in a few years.
I am an editor and the pop culture website UGO.com and consider Fictionaut as good a place as any to scout talent.
I used to write screenplays. And co-write them (which basically meant adding jokes and the occasional plot point.) These days I write a lot of kickers and copy and let's never forget meta data. Oh - and speaking of Data - I write capsule reviews of Star Trek.
I am quite fond of Philip Roth. I think Operation: Shylock is my favorite from him.
I'm also a fan of John Barth and years ago I read John Updike's stuff with great gusto.
Lately I've been reading mostly non-fiction and Star Trek novels which, I swear, aren't nearly as awful as you think they are.
