Hi there!
We're new here and would love some tips. We're thinking about posting writing prompts derived from our list of underwater objects, but not totally sure how people use these group things here. Would a weekly writing prompt be useful to you as a way to inspire a story, short, long, poem, whatever? Every other week? Twice a week? Once a month? We have a great list of evocative objects that make for fun points of entry to new stories (see the full list here: http://www.underwaternewyork.com/objects)
Tell us what would be inspiring/motivating to you!

Sounds great.
Underwater New York is an online collection of stories inspired by objects found underwater in and around New York City, ranging from the whimsical (ice cream trucks, giraffe, grand piano, etc) to the historical (Dreamland, Hog Island, etc). Join this group for regular writing prompts from the UNY editors - we're always looking for stories to publish to our collection!
