To add a publication, check the threads to see if it's already there & if not make a new thread

Body: link & any pertinent info

To update a publication (notice of closure, suspended subs, reopened subs, etc) just post in that publication's thread

maybe this would also be a good place to send stories that you need help placing--maybe a nice, smart, well read person will have a suggestion
