    Maybe it is just that people are sleeping or elsewhere or not looking or competitive or populist or popular or married or employed or against doctors or whatever.

    I feel like pushing this one. I just learned from Nada Gordon that she likes this poem, and that is a true recommendation.

    I hesitate to fave or comment because a lot of folks here submit work to Thrice. There's tons of material I like here on Fictionaut, but I don't feel right mentioning it. Maybe it's just me, but it seems somehow not right.

    Occasionally, as with this poem, the relation between low number of favs (faves? fav's?) and quality of work is inverse. Therefore be proud.
