offers (or seems to offer) startling confirmation of the views expressed in the terse "Essay on Cranial Electrification and Empirical Clarification" posted here at Fictionaut by resident maniac strannikov back in December of 2012.
Of course, this may not matter a whole lot if astrophysicists, et al., learn of any pending confirmation of strannikov's "Fermi Panic", but at least in the meanwhile . . .
