    Submissions are open for Thrice Fiction Magazine. Thrice is a free web magazine that usually publishes at least one new writer every issue. April submissions are open from April 1 to April 30. There is no honorarium, but also no reading fee. All copies of the magazine are available free online. Please review a few issues before submitting.
