    Huge waste of time. This business is tough enough without having to worry about dummies submitting dummy work to (most likely) tired interns who read 50+ stories a day on top of all the other shit they have to do. That "experiment" proves nothing except everybody's tastes are different and how you read a story one day may not be the same another day (which is also proof of the story's mediocrity in the first place). Everybody's on the same team, yo!
