Forum / Looking for a RI-area writer for novel swap

  So. I've had this novel sitting around for a while, and realized a writing group hasn't really helped it, and more established writers don't really have time to edit other people's work.

  What I'm really looking for is an editor - as in someone who'll complain about bad writing, enjoys a good argument (measured in decibels), and loves books enough to get offended by reading junk. I can't offer cash, but I can read your novel and reciprocate with offense when necessary.

  My novel is plain literary, and I don't really read Sci-Fi, Fantasy, YA or much else. So I likely can't offer useful advice on those fronts. Obviously editing's got to be a good match style-wise, but personality-wise too. Feel free to post here or hopefully this site has a messaging system. I'm kind of new to it. Thanks.
