    I’m pleased to announce that Michelle Elvy’s role at Blue Fifth Review has shifted from associate editor to editor. Michelle’s invaluable work with the Blue Five Notebook Series has been instrumental not only in the expansion of the publication’s focus to include flash fiction, but also for 2011’s remarkable range of writing and art. Her selections and editorial work have made BFR a stronger venue, and I applaud her for it. – Sam Rasnake
