Just received my complimentary copy of Meat For Tea, a wonderful print mag (founded by Elizabeth MacDuffie and Alexandra Wagman) and put together by a staff of talented people, Meaty Gonzales, Elizabeth MacDuffie, Kristen Sund, Raf Lino, Mark Allan Miller, Susanna Apgar and Lindsay Lavalle. It features the work of artists, writers and musicians (yes the mag came with a wonderful CD) living in Western Massachusetts and beyond!
It's quirky and freshaired! Even the titles of some of the work, The Betty, My Wife As A Giant Squid, Aquatic Symbiotic were 'out there' - wonderful! This is a brave publication, but not foolhardy - it's too intelligent for that. Loved it! Check it out.

Western Massachussetts is a lovely and, yes, has a quirky, freshaired ambience, so it makes sense. Meat For Tea. Will check it out.

...a lovely place... Such a lovely place. Like the Hotel California, but with trees and ... rain.
