Seamus Bellamy is a journalist and author from Victoria, Canada. His work appears frequently in a wide variety of publications including Mac|Life Magazine, Maximum PC Magazine, PC Gamer, Gizmodo. He currently pays the rent working as a senior writer for The Wirecutter and as a contributing editor for TabTimes.
Seamus’ first book, Joomla! For Dummies: Second Edition is now available from Wiley Publications. His second book, Drupal for Dummies: Second Edition (co-written by Lynn Beighley) is likely on the same damn shelf in a bookstore near you.
Did I mention that I also contributed a story to Lost Children: A Charity Anthology? Because Seamus totally did that too.
A dire need to pay my rent on a regular basis and provide a better life for my cat. I've also been a compulsive liar and storyteller since an early age. During university, I twigged to the fact that in order to be able to function in society, I'd either have to work for the government, or become a professional writer.
