I'm currently a graduate student at The New School, studying for my masters in creative writing with an emphasis in fiction. I love to write. But more than that, I love to loiter in other peoples imaginations. Its why I love to read books and comics, to play video games, and to participate in as many workshops as I can. I enjoy what lives in my own head, but I find so much more in the heads of others sometimes. It's lovely to visit.
I write because I cannot imagine being unable to share the strange fantasies in my head. Aliens and monsters, ecosystems and totalitarian governments; I can't help but want to hear how they effect others.
I love Borges, Calvino, Neal Stephenson, Terry Pratchett, J.K. Rowling, Alan Moore. There are so many. My favorite book of all time (at this current moment), is The Other City.
