I am a writer based in New York City. My stories have appeared in Post Road, Pindeldyboz, and Gargoyle Magazine, among other literary journals, and have received several awards and mentions, including the Glass Woman Prize for Fiction and a Notable Story recognition in The Best American Nonrequired Reading 2012 anthology. I have a Master's in English Literature and Creative Writing from Ohio University and am currently on staff at One Story. Three Squares a Day with Occasional Torture is my first book.
