John Hardoby has been published in the Crab Orchard Review and Evergreen Review. Twice he received honorable mention for Glimmer Train Short Story for New Writers and was a finalist for the 2011 Ivan Klima Fellowship in Fiction. He participated in the summer program at Iowa Writers Workshop and received residencies from the Norman Mailer Center, VCCA, and NYS Summer Writers Institute.
