I am a writer of short fiction. My work has appeared, or is forthcoming, in literary zines and journals such as Alimentum, Apparatus Magazine, BluePrintReview, CleanSheets, Exquisite Corpse, The Legendary, Metazen, monkeybicycle, Pindeldyboz, Rivets Lit Mag, The SoMa Literary Review, Verbicide, Waccamaw Journal and Word Riot I have also published in news media outlets such as AlterNet and the bay area's local alternative broadsheet, The East Bay Express. The McCroskey Memorial Internet Playhouse will be podcasting a story soon and another story has been anthologized by Renaissance E Books.
I find most of my stories began as memoir and become fictionalized and dramatized as I worked to improve the writing. A fair number of pieces began as engaging correspondence. My creativity as a writer is fueled by my need to tell all my stories.
