I have just submitted The Sneeze which I do not believe to be a particularly successful story and therefore perfect for this group. I think you should reject it because it is just not that funny, but rather more pathetic. Do you consider pathetic funny? To get this accepted, must I divorce the wonderful man I am married to and become engaged to the world's biggest loser, Ziggy, to rescue him from a lifetime of torment by Mona? If that's the case, I may choose to retract this story. Is that even possible?
We only accept submissions accompanied by the rejection letters you, the author, wish us to send you when we reject your work.
We soften the sting of our rejections by rebranding them as acceptances with terms. We make the terms impossible.
For example, we use fairy tales as inspiration. "Fetch me the goose that lays the golden eggs."
The current issue is in the style of a 12 year old girl focused on unicorns, cute boys, and menstruation.
Warning: We reject all submissions containing sparkly vampires involved in sexual affairs with human girls 1/10th their age. And Justin Bieber.
This is a public group.
Anyone can see it and join.
