Like most small towns, Our Town has a high ratio of Alzheimer's Disease. I wrote a Micro on the subject, scripted and cast it, recruited the aid of a videographer and taped it in a local park. Time & cost: one hour and $30. It's now at the National Alzheimer's Society in Chicago, IL.
I post this as an idea for other Micro & Flash writers. I fear in the future young people won't be interested in stories that don't move and have sound:
