Since 2001, I’ve edited Blue Fifth Review. This month the Fall 2010 issue will be the final regular issue and Broadside #20 will be the final work in that series.

In January 2011, BFR will have a new web home and format...

The blue five notebook will be a monthly series of poetry, flash, and art. Because of the level of quality associated with BFR and the limited space – five works published per issue – competition will be keen.

Since 2001, works appearing in BFR have been nomintaed for the Pushcart Prize, Best of the Net (Sundress), and Best of the Web (Dzanc Books).

I hope you’ll consider a submission - poetry or flash.

That's terrific Sam. Sounds like a great new spin-off venture.

Glad to see that you're flashing on flash. Sounds like an awesome undertaking, considering the limitations of space and the undoubted volume of good material that will be coming your way. May it prosper.
