  I want to be sure you know about our zine This Zine Will Change Your Life - http://thiszinewillchangeyourlife.blogspot.com/ - and what the submission guidelines look like. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.

  Submission Guidelines

  Genre.

  Fiction, creative nonfiction, comix and poetry.

  Word count.

  1200 - 1500 words is preferred, shorter is great, though up to 2000 words is cool if it rocks.

  What we like.

  We like it funny, and dark, some times inappropriate, always sparse, and not so experimental or speculative, not that we're sure what the latter means.

  Payment

  None. But that doesn't mean that we don't love you. Because we do.

  Reprints and simultaneous submissions

  No thank you. And sure, just let us know if the piece is accepted elsewhere.

  Submissions.

  Please send all submissions to thiszinewillchangeyourlife@yahoo.com. Microsoft word attachments are cool, as is pasting your piece into the body of the e-mail.

  Please include a brief bio of around 50 words as well, including any and all pertinent links.

  We think that's it for now. So hit it.

  Cool, Ben, glad to be up in your b'ness. Made my week/month. In fact, this morning before work my wife got up and gave me a kiss on the cheek and said "have a great day working your ass off for us, we all appreciate what you do for us so damn much and will start voicing that more, at least every third Tuesday."

  You weren't kidding about what a pub would do.
