Apropos of a description of T.S. Eliot as The Possum.
"I once thought I might have hit a possum. It loomed before my car then may have ducked. I continued to drive homeward then checked under the car for smashed possum and saw none. Someone on Fictionaut submitted a story about a family out boating when a possum rose phosphorescently in the lake in front of their speed boat, and the family screamed. Flash fiction. The end. Not Jaws."
Does anyone remember who wrote that story or its title?
