  we love flash fiction and we love prose poetry and we don't read enough of it. so we decided to start a lit mag dedicated to our two favorite cross-genres.

  our first issue is an all-star lineup that includes Jessica Poli of Birdfeast, Ruth Baumann of Pinch, C. Dylan Bassett of likewise folio, Andrew Sullivan, Joanna Ruocco, and the amazing Brian Doyle. not to mention a little something from the prose poetry archives.

  as longtime lurkers, we know the writers at fictionaut are perfect for what we're looking for. we publish prose poetry and short short fiction bi-monthly. read our guidelines and submit!
