    I ordered this awhile ago. Promises, promises. It never came, with all the sticky dreariness that usually entails.

    Now no copies show up anywhere online that I can find.

    I traced Cooper from MySpace to SquareSpace to, apparently, no space. If he's in the labyrinth of Thomas Coopers on facebook, I can't pick him out.

    I've read a couple of his stories. I really want that book.
