    NEW WRITER'S GROUP FORMING

Are you a writer within driving distance of Yellow Springs/Springfield/Dayton/Columbus, Ohio? Would you like honest constructive criticism of your work in a supportive environment, and the chance to offer the same to other writers? Are you a published writer, or do you want to be?

Gary Percesepe and Kate Rutter are forming a new writer’s group. If you would like to be considered for admission into the group, send us an email at the addresses below, along with a sample of your writing (not longer than 25 pages).

Gary Percesepe is Associate Editor at BLIP Magazine (formerly Mississippi Review), and a Contributor at The Nervous Breakdown. For many years he worked as an Assistant Fiction Editor at Antioch Review in Yellow Springs, where he worked closely with Nolan Miller, trying to understand what makes a story work. His fiction, poetry, essays, and interviews have been published at Story Quarterly, N + 1, Salon, The Millions, PANK, Westchester Review, and other places. He is the author of four books in philosophy and an epistolary novel with Susan Tepper, What May Have Been: Letters of Jackson Pollock and Dori G. He just completed a new novel, Leaving Telluride, set in Telluride, Colorado.

Kate Rutter is a writer and illustrator. She has written over ten manuscripts for young children, and is working on a novel for young adults. She is an active member of the Children's Society of Book Writers and Illustrators.

Send me (Gary) a writing sample at gpercesepe@aol.com or query me here.
