  We are pleased to announce our very first contest: the <a href="http://fwrictionreview.submishmash.com/submit">Sidney W. Vernick Award in Nonfiction!</a>

  Beginning this Wednesday, February 15, submissions will be open for the contest, which is named after editor Danny Goodman’s grandfather. We could not be more excited.

  So, spread the word, share the love. And, nonfiction writers… send us your most waffle-rocking writing!
