    Hi MaryAnne,
    thanks for your message. There is, in fact, a FAQ section, but it's a
    little hard to find and needs to be extended and updated:

    I'll see to it that we get around to this soon. In the meantime, I
    think the forums have been working reasonably well with bringing
    newcomers up to speed -- the community is generally kind enough to
    answer questions before I get around to it. But I agree, an update to
    the official FAQ is in order.
